Camp Moment

“Look how high I am!” I shouted. “You’re only quarter away from the ground!” shouted Layla
“Oh ok” I said to myself. I slowly abseiled down the plastic rock wall and hit the ground “better luck next time” said Mr Rhodes. I  asked for help to get my harness off, I heard buckles clicking “click” went the buckle. While I was waiting I did gymnastic with Layla and Juliette.

Then when one of the harnesses was free I put the buckle on and climbed. Mr Rhodes encouraged me to hit the red button. He told me the steps to go higher and higher. While I was climbing I heard other people hitting the red button this made me want to reach the top even more. I was bending one leg, then the other and holding on to the hand grips. I was determined  to make it. I got so surprised and proud when I  got to the top and stretched out to hit that red button. It was like a dream come true!

log cabin story

Log cabin story

The bright blue sky with the shivering cold breeze.there were wolves howling  growling at foxes.crooked trees staring at you through the path where you get closer to the forest and gets colder and colder hearing the crunching snow beneath your feet as you walk on the snowy path finally you meet the forest. You can feel the peacefulness  the snowy branches catch my eyes  with sparkles.
